Larry Fowler - Chairman of the Board of Directors and Co-founder

Following a distinguished career as a Certified Public Accountant, Larry began providing financial planning and investment management services to a select group of individuals and families. During his twenty-five year career, Larry has served as a chair of the American Institute of Public Accountants subcommittees on Personal Financial Planning Practice and Statements of Responsibility in Personal Financial Planning. As a result of his in-depth understanding of personal financial planning, Larry has been a frequent leader of continuing education seminars for CPAs and speaker at several national conferences. Between 1993 and 2001 Larry served on the editorial boards for several professional journals as well as serving as editor for the “Personal Financial Planning Portfolio Series”, a CD-Rom research library published by Harcourt Brace Professional Publishing.

Jack T. Bunt - President and Chief Executive Officer

Jack has previously served as the President of Jorgensen Forge, Inc., a manufacturing business in Seattle, WA. During his four-year tenure as President the company’s valuation increased ten-fold. After his retirement, Jorgensen continued to grow under the leadership of Jack’s understudy. Jack’s early background as a cost accountant and accounting manager provided a foundation of discipline to his management style and clear understanding of the processes that are essential to achieving profitability.

Debra Repasky - Corporate Secretary and Co-founder
Debra was responsible for maintaining the investment portfolio management system for The Personal Finance Group, LLC. Her early investments in the Company played a significant role in funding its inception. Debra oversees maintenance of the Resource Database, as well as contributes to developing design specifications for interfaces with applications that are used for managing investment portfolios.

Jerry has over ten years of innovative Internet product management and web design experience. Most recently he has served as lead product manager for EED, Inc. and The Cobalt Group taking B2B Internet Solutions from inception to deployment for Fortune 500 clients. Jerry is an Internet pioneer, having developed and launched some of the earliest examples of B2C web applications in the mid 1990's through his web design and consulting business.

Phyllis Bernstien, CPA - Industry Advisor
Phyllis is known as the “Queen of PFP” within the CPA profession and is the nation’s leading authority on the CPA’s financial advisory practice. Financial Planning picked Phyllis as one of the four most influential people in the financial planning profession for 2002. Accounting Today has named her as one of the top ten people to go to in financial planning for three years and as one of the top 100 most influential people in accounting for five years. In 1997, she received the AICPA PFP Division Distinguished Service Award, which is the highest honor given to a CPA who has served the public interest in enhancing the quality of PFP services. She was the head of the Personal Financial Planning Division for the AICPA for 16 years and was responsible for development of profession-wide quality controls and standards in personal financial planning. She currently serves as a consultant to several financial service institutions as well as many financial planning firms.

Jeffrey Rattiner, CPA - Industry Advisor
Mr. Rattiner is president of the JR Financial Group, Inc., a multi-purpose firm serving the financial services industry. Among other services, his company trains approximately 2,000 CFP candidates each year. In addition, he assists financial companies by re-fining existing or developing new product or distribution systems, providing in-house training to company employees, planning and running technical conferences for financial advisors, and editing and authoring company specific training manuals and industry trade publications. as the Director of Technical Standards for the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards (CFP Board). He developed practice standards and reference guides for CFP licensees to use in the practice of personal financial planning. He was responsible for administering the continuing education sponsor program, staffing the Board of Practice Standards and the Post Certification Committee, developing a CPA/CFP network designed to better promote relations with the accounting profession, and exhibiting at conferences to educate CFP candidates. He has also staffed the Career Path Task Force designed to help individuals pursuing careers in personal financial planning. Jeff has served as Technical Manager in the Personal Financial Planning (PFP) Division of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) in New York City. His responsibilities included organizing the annual PFP Technical Conference, drafting the three-volume PFP Manual, and serving as editor of the PFP column for the Journal of Accountancy. An accomplished and respeced author, Jeff has co-authored the "Audio Financial Planning Report" for Totaltape (Bisk) Publishing Company in Tampa, Florida, edited the "Financial Planning Monthly Journal" for Aspen Publications, authored "Financial Planning Digest," for Harcourt Brace Professional Publishing, and "Financial Advisory Practice and Personal Financial Planning" for Warren Gorham and Lamont.
